You are right on with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C93VV fitting your 2023 Buick Encore GX. The wiring is very very slightly more difficult to choose, but only because you need to know what kind of lights you have. I have both options listed below:
Without LED Lights:
