Will the WeighSafe Anti-Rattle Reducer Sleeve Work w/a Hitch Pin Hole 2-1/2" Back from the Receiver?

Will this fit hitches with the locking pin 2.5inch back from the front?

Yes, it will Lyle. I just went out to the warehouse and took some measurements. The oblong hole where the hitch pin inserts is 1-7/8" - 3" behind the weld where the Weigh Safe Anti-Rattle Reducer Sleeve item # WS79ZR inserts. This will definitely work with a hitch pin hole 2-1/2" back from the receiver.

Do you have the factory hitch or an aftermarket hitch on your Silverado 3500?

I have the factory hitch but was recently caught by purchasing a reducer with the hitch pin drilled at 2 inches which does not work for my hitch.

@LyleP Thanks for the information. The Weigh Safe Anti-Rattle Reducer Sleeve item # WS79ZR has those oblong holes so you'll just be able to get this reducer in with a 5/8" locking pin.
