Question:
Kit to convert 416 and 4560 to electric? I have read here two different opinions on the LC733960s compatibility. How can I be sure if this kit will work?

Hey Dan, unfortunately there is not a manual to electric conversion kit for the HappiJac 4160. You would need to upgrade your jacks to the HappiJac Electric Truck Camper Jack System # LC736514-ELKIT. The Manual-to-Electric Conversion Kit for HappiJac Truck Camper Jack Systems # LC733960-182524 is only available for the 4220 and 4820 jacks. The reason it will not work for your 4160 is that the 4160 is a 2 piece construction acme screw drive, and the roll pins that connect the acme screw to the upper assembly can shear with the clutchless motors.
