Hello Jay, thanks for reaching out. The EMCO 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # EM66AJ has 1/4" thick leaves. It is rated for a 4,000 lb axle.

Jesse, did you measure with a caliper or refer to the documentation? There is not other 3 leaf 25.25 spring around w/ 1/4" leafs and 4k capacity. Even the 4 leaf 1750's have 5/16" leafs.

@JayS I was referring to the documentation so I grabbed my caliper and went to our warehouse and measured one. Each leaf is 0.40" thick. Total spring thickness is 1.20". I will get our website updated. Thanks for pointing that out!
