Hello Eric, thanks for reaching out. We do carry replacement surge brake actuators, and even some replacement parts for certain models. I do not have a way to know exactly what actuator is currently on your trailer though.
If you are looking for replacement parts to try to service your actuator, I will need to know the model number since some parts are brand and model specific. Also let me know what parts you are needing.
If you want to replace the whole thing, which is what I recommend, I will need a few pieces of into from you. Let me know the dimensions of your trailer tongue and the coupler ball size. Also let me know if your brakes are disc or drum. Does your current actuator drop down on top of the tongue, or does it insert inside the tongue. Let me know and I am happy to get back to you with some recommendations.

I measure hitch 17”. Disc brakes 2” ball. I was hoping I could just remove my hitch guts replace with new instead of cutting and welding.
