Hello Nathan, thanks for reaching out. We do have leaf springs for a 3,500 lb axle, but I will need a bit more information from you in order to be sure you are getting the right thing.
Specifically I need to know the length of your leaf springs from center eye to center eye. It is best to jack up one side of the trailer so you can measure the springs when unloaded. You suspension is built around a specific spring length, so it is important the new springs are identical in length to the originals.
It may be possible to go with a higher rated spring, like a 4,000 lb axle spring instead of 3,500. I wouldn't want to go much higher than that though. The spring options will depend on what length you need and what capacities we have available in that length. Also keep in mind that adding heavier leaf springs will not increase the overall weight capacity of your trailer.
Reply on this page and let me know your spring length. I am happy to look into it and get back to you with some options.
