Hi Kelly!
The BP04-185 you found is specifically for the Hayes 12"x2" electric brakes, so I do not recommend trying to use them in the etrailer 12"x2" brakes # AKEBRK-7-SA. We do have replacement shoes for our manual adjusting brakes, but those will not work with the self adjusting ones.
However, replacement shoes cost almost exactly the same as a full replacement of the brakes and doing the full replacement is significantly easier. Wasn't sure which side you needed, so # AKEBRK-7R-SA is for the right (passenger side) and # AKEBRK-7L-SA is for the left (driver side).
What kind of trailer do you have these brakes on?
