Does this shank come in a complete weight distribution kit?

Hello Allen, thanks for reaching out. I see you were looking at the 18" Long Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank # EQ90-02-4500. We can definitely offer you a weight distribution setup that includes the 18" shank, but we do not offer this as a complete kit with that shank. It is not that common for folks to use the extra long shank so all of our kits come with a standard-length shank, or with no shank. So in this case we would sell you the shank, along with the "no shank" version of whatever WD hitch you need.
I can send you a parts list with everything you need, I just need to make sure you are getting the correct WD hitch and spring bars.
For example, you could do the # EQ90-02-4500 shank, along with the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution w/ 4-Point Sway Control - No Shank # EQ37101ET. This is the 1,000 lb tongue weight model and it will work on trailers with a tongue weight between 600 and 1,000 lbs. Ideally you would be right in the middle of this range with your tongue weight.
Can you tell me what kind of trailer you will be using this on? Basically I would need to know the gross weight and/or loaded tongue weight. This way we can be sure the WD hitch is appropriately rated for your trailer.
