Looking For Replacement Bauer Door Lock For 2021 Grand Design 351M

Question:
I have a 2021 Grand Design 351M. In locking the door, the deadbolt locked all the way but the peice where you the key stopped at a 45 degree angle. The key wont move the lock from it current position so its safe to assume something broke off inside the tumbler section. Its a Bauer lock, do you have new tumbler that will fit that housing and if so can it be set to work with my current key? Thanks.

Hello Greg, thanks for reaching out. Yes it does sound like something broke inside your lock. We do carry the Bauer locks but I am sorry to say we do not offer any replacement tumblers for them. The only solution we can provide is to replace the lock entirely.
In order to do that I would need to know exactly which Bauer lock you have. If you know the model number that is great, otherwise I can use the cutout size to determine what lock will fit. Let me know.
Also note while we can provide a new lock, we do not have a way to guarantee a specific key number. So, it may not be the same key as you have now.
