Question:
Hello, I have a 2014 chevy traverse with towing package, which has 520 tongue, 5200 tow capacity. I have a Malone Megasport trailer which has a tongue weight of 63 lbs unloaded. I am looking to take bikes with on trips, my bike rack loaded with 4 bikes is about 170 lbs. I was looking at the Malone dual hitch MPG544. Would this safely work for hauling the bikes and the trailer?

Hey Kevin, yes the Malone dual hitch adapter part # MPG544 that you referenced would work for you as it has the needed capacity and would still leave your hitch with enough capacity as well. Are you carrying kayaks on the Megasport?
