Can You Check Lippert Auto Reset Breaker

Is there a way to check a Lippert 6-amp reset in-line breaker?

Hey Jack, welcome back! You can use a multimeter like # PT89ZR to check a breaker like the # LC134181. Set it to DC and make sure you're getting 12V on both terminals. If not, go ahead and replace it. Did you ever sort out the problem with your Curt Echo?

Thanks Robin, yes, I checked both terminals of the breaker and they both read 13.2V. The trailer is going to the shop this morning. Regarding the Curt Echo, no, we never figured it out. The solution was to get another vehicle that has a brake controller. The Curt Echo now sits on the shelf. Best Regards, Jack

That was incorrect; no voltage was registered on the terminals, which is why it is shop-bound.

@Jack hopefully it is a quick and easy fix. Sorry to hear about the Echo, maybe you can manage to sell it and get some of your money back.
