Question:

Hi! My food trailer is currently on st205/75r15, I uave two axle on both sides. My food trailer weighs more than 10,000. What tire can I switch it to something heavy duty? We move a lot and we blew most of tires and now we’re deciding to maybe switch to something better. Please let me know! Thank you all for your help!

Hey Merose! You can use the Westlake ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # LHWL304 you were looking at on your trailer. These will be slightly larger so you're going to lose about 1/2" of clearance on the top and inside of the tire.

More than likely that won't be an issue but it wouldn't hurt to double check. Since these have a higher capacity of 2,830 lbs at 80 psi you won't suffer from the blowouts from overloading the tires.

What kind of food trailer do you have?
