Can Tankless Water Heater be Used at High Altitude

Which RV tankless water heater would you recommend for high altitude use?

Hey Cres, how high of altitude are we talking? The Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR98SR works well at high altitude. In fact, Furrion states, "This appliance can be used at high altitude and has been tested at up t0 4,500 ft."

Did I read that right? 4,500 ft is NOT high altitude. My property in Colorado is at 8,100 ft and many of the lakes where I like to camp are over 9000'. cres

@Cres Sorry about that yes it is correct. I wish it was a higher elevation. Furrion has told us in past though that if you will be higher up than that you can contact them for a software update to help compensate. [email protected]
