Hi Art! This does happen sometimes as our RV/Trailer fit guide isn't as built out as our vehicle one.
Do you know if your 2018 Grand Design Reflection 311BHS uses the # 25580 inner bearing and # 14125A outer bearing? These are typically found on 7,000 pound axles and all use the 8 on 6.5 bolt pattern (at least on what we carry). A 6 on 5.5 bolt pattern will typically be found on 3.5k, 4.4k, 5.2k, and 6k axles and can use a variety of different bearing combinations. I found one reference saying you should have 6k axles, but no mentions anywhere about what bearings were used.
If you are unsure of which bearings you have, you can either pull one of the drums off to get the bearing numbers or you could try getting in contact with Grand Design and have them run your VIN. They should be able to tell you what you have.
I know this is focusing on the drums, but once that is figured out, the brakes are a lot easier to get narrowed down.
