Hello Alex, thanks for reaching out. Based on my research, the Dexter 6842738 is a standard 3,500 lb axle. It uses the # L68149 (inner diameter 1.378") inner bearing and # L44649 (inner diameter: 1.063") outer bearing.
I am sorry to say that we do not offer a direct replacement for your axle. We do have a 86.5" HF axle, but ours is rated for 5,200 lbs, so this would not be a suitable replacement. We do have brakes # 23-468-469 and 5 on 4-1/2" hubs # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K for your axle, but not the axle itself.
I suggest you reach out Directly to Dexter for the axle. They offer way more sizes and configurations than we do, so they will be your best bet for that.

I have the same issue. No idea how it bent. I emailed Dexter and haven't gotten a reply yet.
