The correct B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for your 2018 Ram 3500 is the Kit # BWGNRK1314 as long as you don't have an OEM hitch.
Then for a 5th wheel hitch, you'll need to use the Companion # BWRVK3500 if you have a long bed, or the Companion # BWRVK3400 if you have a short bed.
