Is There Changeover Regulator Solution that Prevents Having to Light Pilot Light

I am looking for a high capacity automatic propane changeover valve that has a means to not have to purge gas lines when changing out empty tank. I have standing pilot heaters that I would like not to manually relight when tank needs changing! Can I also get extended pigtail hoses as tank may be up to 5 feet apart.

Hey Bob, to minimize potential of having to relight your propane appliances you'd need an automatic change over regulator like the part # CAM59005 as well as 5 foot long propane pigtails with check valves like the part # 100575-60-MBS since that is length you said you need. What changeover do you have now?

Hey Bob, did you have a chance to try the automatic changeover regulator and the 5-foot propane pigtails with check valves? I'm curious to know if it helped with keeping your heaters running without needing to relight them. Your experience could really help others facing the same issue!
