Question:

Nw Happi jac controller won’t pair with receiver. Receiver had a yellow light. So I disconnected power. Left it for 10-15 sec. Reattached. Green light now. Tried to pair again. Two green lights but no pairing click. No go. Up no down. Nothing. 12 volts good no 120 hooked up. Tried with it on and off.

Hello Dave,

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues getting your new remote # LC733540 to pair, that would be extremely frustrating.

Are you using the cord to pair the remote? I am showing that you will need the Remote Cable # LC149557 (or a phone cord that's a 6 position, 4 conductor crossover cable) to initially pair the remote with the circuit board.

The nice thing about having the cord on hand is that if your batteries were to ever die, you could hook it up this way for it to work as well.

Were you already trying to pair with the cable?
