Yes, it will Michael. The Thule Force 3 Rooftop Cargo Box item # TH67SA has been designed to work with factory roof racks like the one on your 2024 Subaru Impreza Sport.
One thing you will need to do is make sure your crossbars are spread apart between 23-5/8" - 36-1/8". This measurement is taken from the front edge of a crossbar to the front edge of the other crossbar.
