Solution for Stealth Hitch that Has Stuck Hitch Attachment

Question:

I unlocked the lock, but the trailer hitch will not fall out. Ho do i unstick it?

Hey David, Stealth does recommend removing the hitch attachment of their hitches like the part # 391HYUNPALIS19T when not in use so that's probably why yours is not wanting to release. So what I would recommend is spraying some WD40 where it inserts and then next using a rubber mallet to see if you can get it to release. It may take a few times of trying this but it should eventually let go. I would first spray with WD40, give the hitch a couple good whacks with the rubber mallet to help the WD40 penetrate and then wait maybe 20 minutes or so and see if you can get it to come off.
