Part # E-3S has a 8-3/4 inch, center to center, span between mounting holes. Check your bumper to see if it has two holes that are 8-3/4 inches apart. These are universal fit items so they do not fit specific vehicles.
If you find that the # E-3S, bumper hitch will not work on your Cherokee we have several frame nount hitches that will work (see link). I would recommend the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, item # 13084, for your vehicle. The Class III trailer hitch provides more options for towing and accessories than the Class II hitches that are available for your vehicle.
