Question:
Hi. I am in need of 27 1/2 bolt pattern but only need two steps. Is it possible to remove the bottom step from Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs - Triple - 7 - 25-3/4 Wide - Steel - 300 lbs - LC432687? I do see that there is a set of steps that would fit correctly however I dont have enough to pay for those. Thanks!

Hey Karen, yes you could remove the lowest step of the Lippert Manual Pull Out Step part # LC432687 like you are wanting to and you'd have the size steps you are wanting in a double step instead of a triple step. The steps are designed to come apart in this way though so you might have have to bust out the cutting wheel with a grinder to remove the last step.

Hey Karen, did you have a chance to modify the Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step by removing the bottom step? I'm curious to know how it worked out for you, as it could help others considering a similar adjustment.
