Can the Weigh Safe Flap Jack be used when folded when the full height is not needed, but the lower 2 height would be useful?

Absolutely! The Weigh Safe Flap Jacks can be used in the compact position as well as extended. So whether you need the clearance or just need something for it to sit on this is going to work great for you.

I want to use it for my tongue jack. It's really situational, sometimes 8" is too high to be able to level my trailer, so it would be nice if i can use it collapsed. I like to have something between the tongue jack and the ground, and this allows me to carry less stuff.
