Hello Pegi,
For your 1999 Sundowner you will want the EZ Lock Gooseneck Coupler Lock Combo - Bulldog/Stallion/Superior/T.E.M. Gooseneck Couplers # BLTL-53-40D2, or if you do not want the combo, you could get the one you were looking at # BLTL-50-40D.
Now that we got the lock figured out, I must ask, what kind of horses do you have? I showed Western growing up and would love to have horses again one day.

Hi Kate, I’m kind of semi retired as a professional trainer after 50+ years and currently have two quarter horses. Gus is my show horse who I compete in Ranch Horse Versatility and I started him in English dressage also about two years ago. He’s currently showing First Level. He’s quite the talented guy-I’m looking at starting him in Working Equitation too! My other horse Gypsy is an older quarter horse that was recently gifted to me as she has some soundness issues but I’ve got her comfortable after working with my vet and I use her to go out trail riding. She was trained as a Reiner so there’s lots of bottoms there if I ask for them! I have been primarily an English trainer my entire life and have had Thoroughbreds and various Warmbloods in my competition string as Grand Prix Jumpers and A circuit hunters/equitation. I moved to AZ about 15 years ago and began training and competing AQHA and APHA Western Pleasure, Western Riding etc. I learned how to Team Rope as a Header which I competed in a little. But then I found that Ranch Horse Versatility is really my niche! I’m basically still just a horse loving kid in a 68 year old body and all horses are my favorites lol.
