Question:
Hello, Im looking for a way to add a second 7 pin trailer plug to my existing 2013 F150. I have the factory 7 way and 4 way plug installed but need a second 7 way socket. Id like to hard mount the second plug so Im looking for a y-splitter that will use the USCAR socket rather than purchasing a standard y-splitter. Do you sell anything that may meet this need? Thank You

Hi Matt,
Though we do have the more standard options that tee into the one you already have (like the Curt # C56070), these would typically install in the bed of your truck for a 5th wheel or gooseneck. There are no options that I am aware of that are designed to add a second one to the back of a vehicle, which I think is what you are asking for.
However, the Curt # C56070 could still be an option for you. You would end up with quite a bit of extra wiring, but as long as it is tied up out of the way, there would be no problems mounting the plug where you need it.
Out of curiosity, if this is what you are trying to do, can I ask why? This is the first time I have had anyone ask to do this kind of thing.

Thanks Lazer, I'm looking to add wireless trailer lights and wanted to avoid having to deal with additional plugs/wires (e.g. 7 Way Trailer Plug Y Pigtail Splitter). I plan on mounting the wireless lights in addition to having my trailer plugged in to my existing 7way plug. There are only a couple of wireless trailer light packages that offer a 'pass through' 7 way plug/transmitter, so I was hoping to find something similar. I like the idea of the C56070 and will probably go that route. Thank you.
