Question:
does the andersen equalizer hitch product as much noise as some of the other brands? I had an old friction style reese pro round bar setup and it was noisy.

Hey there Luke, that's a good question.
The Andersen Weight Distribution Systems are actually very quiet due to the fact that there are no friction bars like other systems have. Instead, these systems use chains for tension and a friction ball on the hitch head which adds friction as weight increases.
Depending on your vehicle and trailer setup, there are a few options to look at. It looks like you have an F150 which would have a 2" receiver, so you can go with either the # AN88VR which allows 4" of drop or rise, or if you have a lift kit on your truck then you may be better suited by the 6" drop/rise option # AN28VR. Both of these kits are rated for up to 10,000lbs and 1,400lbs tongue weight which is more than enough for your truck.
Out of curiosity, what trailer and load are you pulling? Let me know in the comment section below :)
