Will MaxxAir II Vent Cover MA76JR Be Compatible With MaxxFan 4751K?

Question:
I have a 2024 Intech Sol Dusk trailer with a MaxxFan model 4751K. I took the vent cover I had on my old trailer an Ultrabreeze FVU1500WH that was covering a Fantastic Fan but it doesnt seem to fit well over the mounting base and ears of the MaxxFan. It also does not seem to be tall enough for the actuated lid to fully open. Is the vent cover MA76JR fully compatible with the MaxxFan 4751K without the need to drill new holes and is it tall enough to allow the actuated lid to fully open? Thanks

Hello Mark, welcome back. The MaxxAir II RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover # MA76JR is compatible with your MaxxFan # 4751K. It may not be tall enough for the vent lid to open fully, but as long as the lid is 50% open you will be getting maximum airflow and you will definitely be able to achieve that with the cover installed.

Jesse, Thanks for the prompt reply. Since the lid wont fully open. Will the lid actuator continue to drive the lid 100% open? Can the stroke limit be adjusted or does the actuator have some type of stroke limit protection built in?
