Best Roof Mounted Carrier For Bonafide ss127 Fishing Kayak

Hello, Im looking for a kayak carrier for a bonafide ss127, I drive a Chevy traverse. I was looking at something like the sea wing looking for something that would be stable other than just on the roof rack,any recommendations would be appreciated, thank you

Hello Kenneth, thanks for reaching out. Those bonafide ss127 kayaks are pretty sweet. A friend of mine has one that I have used a few times. They are nice but a bit on the heavier side.

If you are looking for a roof mounted kayak carrier, I suggest the Malone MegaWing Fishing Kayak Roof Rack w/ Tie-Downs # MPG207. This is designed with fishing kayak and sit-on-top kayaks like yours. It also has a 150 lb capacity so it can handle the bonafide ss127 fully rigged.
