It will but you're not going to be able to do a full turn. The Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter item # RP59KR isn't any shorter than a standard pin box.
If your F-350 has the puck system you can use the Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Ford OEM Puck Systems item # GY43XR to gain 5" of offset. This adapter mounts in your puck system and pushes the hitch ball back 5" towards your tailgate.
