Can the tire carrier be purchased w/o the tire, at a Reduced cost?

Hello again William; Yakima only offers the Spare Tire and Carrier for Yakima EasyRider Trailer # Y08125 with the tire. I'm sorry to say the mounting bracket is not available separately, even as a spare part.
