Can you rotate the Equal-i-zer tongue adapter and mount it under the trailer tongue like you can do with the Reese partrp58393 pole tongue adapter

Hello Bob, good question. I checked with my contact at Equal-i-zer and they said the # EQ95-01-5950 Ploe Tongue Adapter should only be mounted to the top of the tongue. The Reese # RP58393 would be fine to mount under the tongue since they cover this in the instructions.
