I have a ford f 150 2019 I can not charge my trailer batteries told need to back up then truck will know to start charging it working what do I need to look act to fix problem thanks

Hey Don, thanks for reaching out!
A lot of trucks around 2020 starting coming out with "improved" wiring systems that just became major hassles for owners, as you're experiencing.
To bypass all of this you'll need to run a 10 Gauge Wire # 10-1-1 through a 40A Circuit Breaker # PK54540 to send power directly to your 7-Way 12V power pin actively.
