Yes, we do Fletcher! It is the Replacement T-Frame for Detail K2 Avalanche Snowplows item # K2CRM-TFRAME. This has been confirmed to fit the 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe. It works with the following snow plows:
SnowBear Snowplow for 2" Hitches item # K2AVAL8219 and item # K2AVAL8422
