Adapter for Curt A16 in 2025 GMC Sierra 3500 With Prep Package

Question:
I have a 2019 GMC Sierra 3500HD with a Curt A16 5th wheel hitch. Im purchasing a 2025 GMC Sierra 3500HD and need a new adapter rail for the new puck system dimensions. The A16 has a Curt 16560 slider which needs to match the adapter rails. I believe I need a Curt 16027 adapter rail to make this work, but can you confirm? Thanks, Keith

Hey Keith, congratulations on the new truck! You were right on with what you believed. The # C16560 slider on your Curt A16 fits industry standard rails. The Adapter Rails # C88KR (16027) will fit the puck system on your 2025 Sierra 3500 and provide you with ISR rails to install your Curt 5th wheel hitch. What kind of 5th wheel do you have?
