Hey Ben, thanks for reaching out!

The axle you have has some unique dimensions so to get a replacement for it you'll either need to use a Timbren kit like the 3.5K # A35RS545E, or you'll need to visit your local trailer shop to see if they can custom order one for you that meets your specs.

The one advantage of going with the Timbren system is that it replaces your leaf springs with the rubber torsion springs which are a little more durable and can be replaced when needed as well.

If the 3.5K weight rating of the axle I mentioned above doesn't match what you have, please let me know and I'll be more than happy to help you get lined up with the right Timbren axle kit!

Hey Ben, did you end up trying the Timbren axle-less suspension for your trailer? Your update could make it easier for others replacing a square tube axle with similar dimensions.
