Hello Joey, thanks for reaching out. We do have one hub that uses the bearing combination you are looking for. See the following:
Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 4,400-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2 # 8-407-5UC3-EZ
This has the # L68149 (1.378" inner diameter) inner bearing and # LM67048 (1.25" inner diameter) outer bearing. The seal is a 1.719" ID and the bolt pattern is 6 on 5-1/2" so please verify this all matches what you need.
