Hey Ed, I attached a link to a page that has all of the ball mounts we offer that fit what you are looking for but a very popular configuration would be the B and W part # BWBMHD30010 which has a 2 inch drop. Let me know how much rise/drop you need and I'll help you further if you need something different.
