What is included in the box? is it both the gooseneck and 5th wheel hitch?

Hello Terry, thanks for reaching out. You are correct. The # BW33QR comes with both the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1384 and the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W.
This will be everything needed to add the Turnoverball and Companion hitch to your 2018 Ram 2500 with the short bed.
The only other thing to consider would be a gooseneck/5th wheel wiring harness like part # C56070 to add a 7-way to the bed if you don't have one already.
