Hello Richard, thanks for reaching out. We do offer one front hitch for the 2018 Ford F-450 Cab and Chassis models. For that I recommend the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65049. This will fit the F-450 super duty model and this includes the cab and chassis/RV models. It will be a no-drill install, but some trimming of the bumper fascia may be required.
