While we don't have the specific Bulldog inner tube for the Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler - Adjustable Height - Round - 2-5/16" Ball - 25,000 lbs # BD1289000300, but Bulldog carries it under part number 1289020300. I'm working on getting it added to our site for you, but it may take a few days.
That said, this is a pretty standard size (4" inner tube) so you can pair it up with a different brand inner tube like the Demco eZ-Latch Gooseneck Coupler - Round Inner Tube - 2-5/16" Ball - 30K GTW # DM73KV. This has the same 4" inner diameter tube and is rated for 30k, 5k more than the Bulldog BX1.
