Hey Andy, for your 2020 Chevrolet Suburban I recommend going with the Yakima SkyLine Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points # Y59KB. These bars measure 60" long, have a 165 lb dynamic weight rating, and is made of Aluminum. I'd recommend sticking with Aluminum personally because it's going to cut down the overall weight on your roof by quite a bit.
For a cargo basket, I'd recommend going with the Yakima MegaWarrior Large Roof Rack Cargo Basket # Y07080. This basket is 52" long, 48" wide, and has a 130 lb weight capacity.
This basket can also carry up to 4 bikes; up to 2 bikes and 1 kayak; 1 canoe; up to 2 bikes and Yakima Big PowderHound; or up to 3 kayaks and 1 bike.
