I bought a 2 inch trailer hitch mount from you guys and was wondering what safety chains I need for using my bike rack thats mounted to the trailer hitch? Thanks so much.

Hey Ellen, do you have a bike rack that adds length to the ball mount setup and need longer chains? If so, would an extension work to help cover the extra length? If so, by about how much do you think? If you have something different let me know.

Thanks Jameson I actually called the other day and talked to your customer service and they told me that I don't need any additional changes as long as I have a pin to secure the bike rack. The chains are only required if you have a trailer so I think I'm good. Thanks so much.
