How Does Lock of Locking Bracket for Yakima Warrior Basket Lock to Lower Bracket

Question:
Locking Brackets with SKS Cores for Yakima MegaWarrior Cargo Basket question. What do the lock cores engage in the bottom part of the clamp to actually lock it? I have the brackets but must be missing parts or doing something wrong.

Hey Ken, at the bottom of the lock core is a rectangular piece of metal that turns when the key of the # Y07064 is turned. This rectangle fits through a rectangular opening on the bottom bracket of this locking bracket and when turned/locked it's locked in place.
