Question:
Is there a minimum clearance that you need behind the fireplace? Will it be ok to place it in a cabinet that is 6” in depth?

Hey Kasey, thanks for reaching out!
I reached out to my contact and they said the Greystone 36" Electric Fireplace with Crystals # 324-000081 only requires 5-1/2" of clearance, but that's for the depth of the fireplace itself - it doesn't need any additional clearance past that.
Are you making a new space for this to install, or just replacing an old fireplace?

I am relocating an existing one that is built into a bedroom dresser. We want to put a free standing dresser and I intend on building a separate cabinet for the just the fireplace. I just wanted to make sure I was good on the clearance for the back and side. I did see you need to have at least 6” clearance in the front. Thanks
