Your Greystone fireplace can be worked on, however finding replacement parts is going to be difficult since this unit has been discontinued for a few years now.

Before you go trying to replace it or get it serviced, I'd recommend checking the power supply to the fireplace. Since you mentioned the unit has no power, I'd check to see if it's actually receiving power. If it is, then you have a problem with the unit - but if it's not, then at least you can check your wiring to the unit first and see where the error is.

If it turns out you need to replace the unit, the Greystone 36" Electric Fireplace with Crystals # 324-000081 is what I'd go with. This is basically identical to what you've got, measuring 37-1/2" wide x 17-3/4" tall x 5-5/8" deep, has an adjustable temperature range of 62 F to 82 F, and includes a remote with batteries so you can operate this unit from anywhere in the coach.
