What is the diameter of the retaining pin hole? Standard 5/8? It does not come with the pin, so I want to be sure to get the correct one. Thank you.

Hello Michael, thanks for getting in touch. The Curt Pintle Hook for 2" Hitches # C48004 does use a standard 5/8" pin for the retaining pin or hitch pin as we call it. For a standard pin and clip you can use part # 337HP6256WC, or for a locking pin use part # e98881.
