Hey Dana, thanks for all the info on your trailer! So based on that info, the B&W Continuum Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control for 2" Hitch # BW78FR is what I'd go with.
This WDS has a tongue weight range of 600 - 1,600 lbs, a max towing weight of 16,000 lbs, and has an integrated sway control system to help mitigate trailer sway.
This system works with 2" hitches, so as long as your Silverado has one which I assume it does, you'll be all set! If there is anything else I can do to help you, please feel free to drop a comment and let me know!
