Will the manual reverse lockout kit work for the Demco actuator DA16?

Hey Shannon! The Manual Reverse Lockout Kit for Demco Hydraulic Trailer Brake Actuators # DM5939 only works with the DA91. Did your DA16 not come with an electric lockout? It believe it is standard for that model. If it is missing or damaged you can replace the solenoid with # DM5404. The only other option would be to switch to free backing brakes like the # AKFBBRK-35-D (designed for 3,500 lb axles) which won't engage in reverse.
