Hey Chris, thanks for reaching out!
The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller w/ Custom Harness # TK99UR does come with plug and play wiring for your 2010 Ford F-150.
This is a kit that consists of the Prodigy P3 # 90195 brake controller and the Plug-In Wiring Harness # 22292. We've been trying to find ways to merge these product pages together and it's still a work in progress, so I apologize for any confusion!
Let me know if you have any other questions and I'll be more than happy to help clear anything else up or help you find something!
I've attached an installation video of this kit with the Prodigy P2 on a 2009 F-150 for your reference.
