Lippert Road Armor Equalizer and MORryde Shackle Strap Replacement Kits

I currently have a tandem trailer with Lippert 4k-6k Equa-Flex and I was wondering about upgrading to the Road Armor since my current Equa-Flex is warn out. I also want to replace the bolts and shackles to wet bolts. I have 2 1/4inch shackles. What is the correct wet bolt kit to use? I see Moryde has MR46ZR and the MR58ZR. What is the difference? How do I know what to choose?

Hey Dan, thanks for reaching out!
The Road Armor Kit # LC696740 is a great upgrade to your current equalizer system, but I do recommend referencing the attached dimensional photo to make sure it lines up well with what you already have.
When it comes to the shackle strap kits, you'll want the MORryde # MR46ZR which replaces a standard system. The other MORryde kit, part # MR58ZR, is designed to work with a suspension system using the Correct Track system, which according to your photos, you don't have.

Hey Dan, how did the upgrade to the Road Armor and the MORryde wet bolt kit go on your tandem trailer? Your update could make it easier for the next person looking to replace their worn Equa-Flex setup.
